Megan Thee Stallion's Hot-Girl Elote Recipe Is Straight Fire

Megan Thee Stallion's latest hot-girl recipe brings the heat. In a video posted on Aug. 1, the rapper spilled all the secrets behind her "hot-girl elote," filming a follow-up to her viral Hot Cheetos pickles. Elote typically refers to a kind of Mexican street corn, commonly served on the cob and covered in toppings like chili and cheese. Megan's version, however, starts off by blending several bags of crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos, lime, water, and crema fresca (a high-fat cream made with buttermilk) to create a DIY Hot Cheetos sauce. "Thee Hot Girl Chef back again," she captioned the post, dancing along with the blender before moving on to the next step.

From here, Megan chopped up some corn on the cob, panning to a bottle decorated with a Flamin' Hot Cheetos logo. "Look what I made," Megan said, proudly dipping her corn into the sauce she just finished making. "I am manifesting that y'all finna give me my own sauce, and I put it in the bottle, and I had packaged it up just so I could put it on your mind and get what I want," she said, seemingly addressing the Cheetos higher-ups directly. And following her 2021 collaboration with Popeyes, we don't doubt her manifestation skills one bit.

For the final steps, Megan carefully garnished her hot-girl elote with cotija cheese, cilantro, and more Cheetos, paying close attention to the final presentation. "Right here I'm giving top chef again," she joked. "Look how I'm garnishing this sh*t. I am really a motherf*cking chef at this point." With a final squeeze of lime, the elote was ready for a taste test, where it received a big stamp of approval from Megan's friend. "That sh*t was good as f*ck," she confirmed, casually announcing she has new music in the works as a final sendoff. Read on to see how hot girls make elote, and try the recipe out for yourself.
